Financial and Scheduling Coordinator
I enjoy the contact I have with everyone who walks through our door, patients and parents alike! It is fun to see the changes each patient goes through and know we are a huge part of their life. I joined the team in 1994 and maintain our front desk, schedule appointments, and handle all correspondence. I also handle or direct all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Away from work, I enjoy time with my three adult children, their spouses, and my two grandsons. I share my life with my golden retriever Marley and longhaired cat Toki. Spending time in the log home that my husband and I built and being in nature make me happy. I also enjoy traveling, crafting jewelry, cards, and stained glass.
Our patients are the best part of my day. I enjoy the people I get to meet and the impact we have on their lives by giving them a great smile. I love making sure they have fun and enjoy their time in our care.
Having joined the practice in 1993, I have increased my knowledge and love for it so much that I now have the opportunity to educate our new patients and parents at their initial consultation. I am experienced and knowledgeable, working chairside with our doctor in the treatment room as well, to explain their treatment and the reason for it.
My family includes my husband Kevin, three children, one grandson, and our two cats Sophie and Harley. Kevin and I were both born and raised in the Watertown area and we are lucky that most of our family has stayed close to home. I love spending time with family and friends, and I have always had a love for interior design, so in my free time I always have some home decorating project going that keeps me busy!
I love seeing the great results when a patient finishes their treatment. The new smiles are so beautiful and each patient is always thrilled with how well their hard work has paid off. I love how happy they are and how much they thank us, too. I joined the team in 2006 as a treatment coordinator. Now I provide chairside assistance to the doctor during patient procedures and perform some office duties as needed.
My home life is centered on my husband Craig and four children, as well as our family golden retriever Riley. We love camping, boating, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
I enjoy working with all our patients and their families, making sure that their orthodontic experience is enjoyable, from the start of their treatment until the day the braces come off. Seeing those incredible new smiles and how happy a patient is with the results makes me smile right along with them! I joined the team in 1982 and work chairside with the doctor during procedures, and I order our supplies.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and watching sports.
I enjoy working with the patients and parents, getting to know them as they begin treatment and then witness their happiness with the end result. I joined the team in 1986, starting as a chairside assistant and then treatment and financial coordinator. Now as the insurance coordinator, I process the claims and work with patients regarding any questions and research to resolve outstanding insurance billing issues. I also assist with office duties and whatever else is needed.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, my husband jack, our two daughters, their spouses, and our five grandchildren. On weekends you might see me in the yard gardening or riding motorcycles with my husband. I also am a BIG fan of the Green Bay Packers and NASCAR's Matt Kenseth.
I work chairside with the doctor during procedures and I make Essix or clear retainers in the lab. I began my orthodontic education when I joined the practice in July of 2016. I have learned a lot from my amazing and knowledgeable coworkers.
My favorite part of my job is the patients. I love to make sure that the patients are comfortable, cared for, and happy at each appointment.
In my free time, I like to be outdoors fishing, swimming, and boating with my family and friends.
My job involves cleaning up of operatories, sterilizing instruments, stocking clinical units, and assisting with office paperwork. I began working with the office in 2014. My favorite part of my job is always being able to come to work and giggle after a long day at school. This being my first job, I am truly blessed to be a part of the practice and I appreciate how everyone on the team is so willing to help. I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Matthew and the Ortho Smiles team.
I am a senior at Lakeside Lutheran high school, and am graduating in the top ten of my class in May. I plan on attending Carroll University in the fall to receive my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I have also been accepted into Carroll’s graduate program where I will receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
I recently rescued a kitten who has no tail. I love him to pieces and I'm not sure what he is going to do without me when I go to college. My absolute favorite hobby is shopping! I love to spend time with my family and friends and I enjoy going for bike rides and pulling out weeds in the yard.
My job includes working to promote the online presence of Ortho Smiles, cultivating relationships between Ortho Smiles and referring doctors, and assisting with treatment. I started working at Ortho Smiles in March of 2017.
My experience working in orthodontics began shortly after I got braces during high school. My orthodontist gave me the opportunity to work for her and I loved it. I have had a great time working in the dental field ever since. My favorite parts of my job are talking to patients and seeing out orthodontic procedures.
In my free time, I like to see new places, try new foods, work on art projects, and spend time with my family and cat.
My job entails assisting the doctor in all aspects of patient treatment. From start to finish I am dedicated to giving patients the best treatment. Seeing a patient's smile after getting their braces off is very rewarding.
I started working in Orthodontics in 2008, in San Diego, CA. This July I relocated to join forces with the dynamic team at Ortho Smiles. My favorite thing about my job is being part of creating a happy, confident smile.
Away from work I spend time with my daughter and my two cats, Hurcules and Chase. Hercules is a big, lazy boy who loves to cuddle and Chase is a young, frisky, playful kitty. My daughter and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I also enjoy reading, traveling and trying new cuisines.
My job is assisting with patient care and treatment. I started working at Ortho Smiles this year. The team and doctor are amazing to work with and I learn new things from them every day.
My favorite parts of my job are spending time with patients and seeing how happy they are with their new smiles once treatment is finished.
I spend a lot of my free time on the lake with my two daughters. I also enjoy volunteering at German Park.
